You as a client of Jonny's Hosting are responcible to
check this information often as it is your contract to signing up for our hosting.

T.O.S. Terms of Agreement.

No porn or graphic material.

No copyrighted files hosted for downloading that are not your right to distribute.

No hacked, cracked, or bootlegged software, movies, music, or any media type that is not your to distribute. If it is copyright, then its not yours to offer.

No Spy Ware, or anything that will force a spy install of software onto a viewers computer knowingly.

No tracking viewers with intent to do malicious harm: I.E. (but not limited to) Identify theft, hacking, spying, computer corruption, fraud, or collecting information with intent to sell.

No gateways, portals, misleading url's, or bandwidth stealing. Meaning anything that can be used as a way to direct the viewer from where they believe they are going, or if a site is put on the server to absorb some of the bandwidth for another server, you may be in violation.

No selling illegal materials as followed by Illinois & Texas State Law: I.E. (but not limited to) copyrighted media, drugs, drug accessories, sex, humans, weapons, or porn.

Your account can not be used to email, distribute, or provide for: (but not limited to) Spam, Virus, Spy Ware, and Porn.

Your account can not be used to threaten, harm, or promote harm against any government, individual, or agency.

You account can not be used to resell web hosting services provided by JonnyHosting.

All accounts are subject for review and can be terminated for violations of the T.O.S. Agreement.
It is your sole responsibility to review and stay current with all T.O.S. terms. The T.O.S. Agreement can and will change at anytime without notice.

All Violators will have 72 hours to check, fix, or dispute the account suspensions. Failure to do so within these 72 hours will result in account and subscription termination. No refund for remaining time paid for the month will be given. All account holders are subject to Illinois, Texas, and United States Laws.
